Position Summary
We seek a Manager, Lease Administration to support Teach For America offices in 50+ regions across the country. This individual will help manage all lease-related logistics for our extensive portfolio of offices. They will also work closely with the Managing Director and Director of Real Estate to execute national real estate goals and objectives. Responsibilities
Support Investment professionals in evaluating, originating, structuring, negotiating and closing transactions.
Create and maintain acquisition evaluation models in Excel and Argus.
Preparation of detailed evaluation of allocated investments; detailed real estate, corporate finance/credit, economic, demographic and capital markets due diligence, and preparation of investment summaries.
Support asset management of multiple real estate classes including communication with partners, leasing agents property managers and contractors.
