German Real Estate Bank - Experienced Credit Analysts - Canada / Mexico
A fast growing German-based real estate banking institution in New York is searching for 2 experienced credit analysts to underwrite complex new transactions and handle the portfolio management process of a constantly developing commercial real estate portfolio in Canada, or Mexico respectively. The incumbents participate in the decision making of potential business opportunities, review the compliance of individual deals with credit risk standards and credit risk ratings/risk premiums, conduct the complete credit analysis, including modeling and market research, and manage the approval process. The also ensure that the documentation, amendments and waivers are handled according to the risk procedures of the bank.

Required Qualification: MBA or equivalent background, formal credit training or other relevant education. 5 years or more of experience in credit risk management/credit analysis of commercial real estate finance transactions, thereof at least 3 years in the respective geographical markets of Canada or Mexico.
