The World Wide Group – Investment/Development Analyst
Overview: The World Wide Group is a fully-integrated Real Estate Investment and Development enterprise with over 50 years of experience and over $1 billion in assets under management and development. As a diversified firm, we develop, invest in, and manage mixed-use projects in the tri-state area with a focus on New York City development.
We are currently seeking a Investment/Development Analyst with 2-5 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will work closely with senior development executives in every aspect of financial underwriting and acquisition due diligence. We are seeking a team oriented individual who is looking for long term professional growth opportunity.

Job Description:
Financial modeling and underwriting of prospective investment opportunities
Preparation and presentation of investment analyses to principals and potential debt and equity participants
Involvement with all phases of investment/development transactions including: writing the offer; reviewing contracts & loan agreements; organizing due diligence; drafting closing statements.
Establishing relationships with brokers, lenders and other real estate professionals.
Assisting with all phases of project development.
Qualifications:
BA/BS required. MBA/MS in Real Estate preferred.
2-5 years work experience.
Must have a thorough understanding of financial modeling including cash flow models, cash-on-cash yield, NPV/IRR analysis, sensitivity tables and discounted cash flow valuation
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Argus required; Experience with multi-family development in NYC a plus.
Organized, good verbal and written communication skills.
