The primary focus of the job will be to assist the Investment Analysis Group with some of the day-to-day responsibilities which will include:
- Preparing both marketing presentations for meetings and offering memorandums for live deals.
- Researching properties the firm's Investment Sales Associates are marketing.
- Creating financial models to value and estimate returns for real estate investments.
- Assisting with marketing of deals to investors/buyers for the firm's deals.
- Tracking information on firm's sales and preparing materials to promote firm's credentials.
- Downloading data from various real estate databases.
- Analyzing property financial information and preparing presentations to assist buyers in understanding the transaction and its investment highlights.
- Preparing monthly reports and financial budgets for institutional investors of buildings managed by our affiliate, New York City Management.

The candidate should have graduated from a four-year college with a strong GPA. A major or minor in Business, Real Estate or Economics is a plus, but not required. The ideal candidate should have some relevant work experience and strong computer skills particularly in Excel, Microsoft Word, & PowerPoint. Any skills with graphical packages or ARGUS are a plus, but not required. Compensation $37,500 to $40,000 plus a performance based bonus.
