Kahr Real Estate is a boutique real estate advisory firm that services clients throughout the world. Since its founding in 2002, we have worked on real estate investment and development projects in a consulting capacity across a wide range of product types including industrial, retail, office, hotel, residential, and mixed use.
Our client base is equally as diverse and includes commercial and investment banks, private real estate investment firms, REITs, and developers. During this period, Kahr has also established itself as a preeminent training company for real estate financial analysis, with thousands of professionals taught annually at all skill levels across the United States and abroad.
We are looking to hire an Analyst for a full time position in our New York offices in lower Manhattan.

The position's responsibilities will include:
• Building, auditing, and presenting financial models for large scale real estate developments
• Write and edit proposals and presentations for clients
• Review transaction documentation for client's developments and investments
• Work on market and feasibility studies
Ideally, the candidate would possess the following qualities:
• BS in finance, economics, real estate or related subject
• 0-2 years of experience in real estate finance, investment, or development. Consulting experience at a large consulting firm is also acceptable.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally on short notice
• Strong ability with Excel. Familiarity with Argus.
• Works hard and is ambitious
• Enjoys client interaction and is comfortable with high levels of client contact
• Can work independently
• Enjoys working on a wide range of projects
