JG Capital - Commercial Loan Officer
JG Capital, LLC is seeking to hire a Commercial Loan Officer for its Commercial Mortgage Group. Candidates should have a strong interest in pursuing or continuing a career in real estate finance and/or real estate investments. The position available is full-time and is an excellent foundation to start a career in the real estate industry.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Originate loans for the brokerage business as well as the Private Money Lending departments
• Researching properties
• Market assets to potential lenders
• Analyze and negotiate financing structures
• Participate in all aspects of loan closing including negotiating documents, and terms
• Analyze potential Private Money Investments
• Assist in financial analysis
• Networking with bankers, lawyers, appraisers, and title companies
The candidate should have graduated from a four-year college. A major or minor in Business, Real Estate or Economics is a plus, but not required. The ideal candidate should have some relevant work experience and strong computer skills particularly in Excel, Microsoft Word, & PowerPoint.
