KBR Fund is seeking a full time summer intern. KBR Fund is a real estate private equity firm which seeks above average returns by targeting distressed assets nationwide.

Job Description:
The intern will assist in analyzing and executing potential new investments, and would work closely with management of each of our existing/potential investments. The position will report to the Managing Partner. Day to day responsibilities will include:
• Analyze potential new acquisitions
• Develop information/research on potential acquisitions
• Complete special projects as needed
• Due diligence activities
• Financial modeling and analysis
• Administer deal tracking database
Requirements:
• BS or MBA Candidate
• Strong interest in Real Estate
• Background in finance, real estate, economics or urban studies preferred
• Outstanding Academic Performance
• Strong working knowledge of Finance especially cash flow modeling using MS EXCEL
• Outstanding written/oral communication skills
• Ability to manage several projects
