New York City's #1 Investment Real Estate Brokerage firm seeks college students to act as Interns to the firms Top Producers & Partners in our Manhattan, N. Manhattan, Bronx, Westchester, Brooklyn, & Queens divisions. We are looking for ambitious students to help assist with our top corporate and high net worth client base. This individual has the opportunity to side by side with a Top Broker of the firm and assist in the dealings with top corporate and high net worth clients. You will have a chance to learn the ins and outs of the Real Estate Industry.

Job Description:
Preliminary list includes:
• Input neighborhood, zoning texts and tax maps into computer
• Develop marketing flyers, due diligence material and property overviews using PowerPoint.
• Research commercial property details using several databases and on-line sources.
• Track and compile commercial real estate transactions within a defined territory using on-line database tools.
• Update and maintain mailing list.
• Take pictures of all lots in assigned territory.
• Creating postcards & various marketing materials
• Compiling mailing lists & sending out mailers
• Creating & maintaining Comparable Sales data
• Searching for and recording Available listings
• Administrative duties including: answering phones, managing calendar & contacts
Job Qualifications/Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, & Powerpoint
• Computer savvy
• Desire to learn about the Commercial Real Estate Industry
• Diligent worker and team player
• Personable
• Ability to speak Spanish a PLUS
Position Type: Part-Time; Approx. 20 hours per week (flexible around school schedule)
Compensation: This internship is unpaid and may be used for school credit.
Availability: Northern Manhattan (Washington Heights / Inwood)
Start: Immediately
