National Real Estate Development Firm - Part-Time Unpaid Summer Internship
Description
A national real estate development firm is currently seeking to fill a part-time unpaid summer internship position for the Mixed Use Department. The ideal candidate would be pursuing a degree in real estate and have a strong interest geared toward development.
Posting Date: 5/22/08
The intern would be involved in identifying land for development projects, producing initial underwriting and due diligence, which includes property information, site visits and comps. Expenses incurred for site visits and other work related expenses will be reimbursed. The hours and schedule are flexible.

* Interest in learning about real estate development
* Familiarity with the New York City Metro area, including New Jersey
