Description :
Savanna Real Estate Fund, is a real estate investment and development firm based in New York City. Savanna is currently seeking to fill an intern position. The ideal candidate would be pursuing an undergraduate finance degree. Attention to detail, a strong interest in real estate, and excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) would be expected.

The intern would be involved in numerous aspects of Savanna's business, such as financial reporting, real estate acquisition underwriting, property due diligence, asset disposition, and asset management, depending on the intern's ability.

Qualifications:

Required:
* Pursuit of an Undergraduate Degree in Finance, or MBA or Masters in Real Estate with a focus on finance and/or real estate development/investment
* cum. GPA 3.5 and above
* Strong Quantitative ability
* Strong familiarity with Excel
* Strong business writing ability
* Positive attitude
* Strong Attention to Detail
* Very High capability to multitask
* Good interpersonal skills
* Interest in working in real estate management and development
* Familiarity with New York City or Northeast Corridor (Washington DC to New York City to Boston)

Preferred but not required:
* Accounting Coursework/Experience
* Training in ARGUS
* Real Estate Experience
