We are currently seeking a Real Estate Analyst with 1 to 3 years of commercial real estate experience to join our Florham Park, New Jersey office.

General Duties
Responsibilities include developing pro-forma financials, gathering and evaluating economic, demographic and real estate market data, preparing debt and equity offering memorandums, reviewing and analyzing legal documents, maintaining client and capital source relationships, and handling the due diligence and closing of commercial real estate transactions.
The ideal candidate must possess a strong analytical background as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficient computer skills with Excel, Word and PowerPoint required. Argus is a plus. Must be detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance or Business preferred.
