We are working to identify a senior level executive with investment banking and advisory experience who is capable of originating business in investment sales. Our client is a very well respected global real estate service provider currently building their U.S. investment sales and financing platform.

Our client is an international property services company based in the UK. Their US business provides investment sales, debt and equity placement and advisory services focusing on commercial property throughout the US, Mexico and the Caribbean.
The US team of twenty-two professionals in New York has a wide range of diverse real estate backgrounds, having executed over $21 billion of real estate transactions spanning the full range of property types, including office, medical office, retail, multifamily, industrial and hotels.
Our client fosters a strong team environment where executives are encouraged to work together to achieve the division's objectives and are compensated based upon their overall contribution to the business rather than on a deal-by-deal basis.
The firm is now expanding its US business and will be hiring several seasoned real estate investment bankers with investment sales and debt and equity finance skills to enhance their team.
The Position(s)
As part of a broader strategy to expand the US business, we are working to identify several strategic hires to join the New York office to focus on business generation and execution in each of the following areas:
· Office
· Multi-Family
· Debt and Equity Finance
· New York City-specific experience
Qualified candidates will take an active role in sourcing new business opportunities and a primary role in the negotiation of transactions. We would be open to actively discuss this opportunity with candidates transitioning directly from a larger investment banking platform.
Provided there is overall synergy and fit, we would also consider team lift outs.
Compensation
Our client is prepared to offer a compelling, market competitive compensation package structured as a base salary and bonus.
