MFC is currently seeking to fill the following positions for our midtown, New York offices:
Junior Underwriter/Loan Analyst
The responsibilities will include review, analyze and assist in structuring loan proposals; assist Chief Underwriter with the coordination, manage, loan underwriting, due diligence and closing of commercial real estate transactions.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
• 1 - 3 commercial real estate experience
• BS in finance, real estate or related subject
• Strong working ability of Excel, Word and Power Point
• Excellent communication, written and organizational skills
• Can work independently
• Enjoys client interaction
• Able to handle a wide range of projects in a fast-paced environment
Loan Processor to assist and support our loan underwriting team.
The responsibilities will include assisting with due diligence, gathering and evaluating loan documents, and packaging.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
• Previous experience in real estate finance or related industry
• Strong working ability of Excel, Word and Power Point
• Experience in financial analysis, real estate or related subject a plus
• Excellent communication, written and organizational skills
• Can work independently and in team environment
• Enjoys client interaction
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
