We currently have a Real Estate Internship position available in our Florham Park, New Jersey office.

General Position Responsibilities
The internship will offer students an opportunity to gain work experience in the real estate industry. The intern will provide real estate consulting services to clients associated with the investment and mortgage assignments involving the HFF production personnel.
Responsibilities include performing various types of analysis using ARGUS and Excel; performing audits of analyses; assisting with the preparation of marketing materials; performing research as needed; working on special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate should possess a desire to learn about the commercial real estate industry, strong analytical, written and oral communication skills and knowledge of Argus and Excel.
