We are looking for ambitious students to help assist with our top corporate and high net worth client base. This individual has the opportunity to side by side with a member of the firm's Senior Management team and assist in the dealings with top corporate and high net worth clients.
We are in need of motivated, disciplined, and determined individuals who exhibit the desire to be part of a team atmosphere and will enjoy an opportunity to learn about selling New York's finest buildings.

Preliminary list includes:
• NYC Building Sales Data Research
• Create an index of market data from the research compiled
• Performing analysis on markets and investment properties
• Creating materials for Management and Broker use
• Creating books and reports (to be broadcasted)
• Gathering of statistics / data (for input into database)
• Mortgage Brokerage Market research
• Various research projects
• Various types of brokerage support and adapting to new objectives to help facilitate
processing the Managing Directors business
Job Qualifications/Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, & Powerpoint
• Strong analytical skills
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Computer savvy
• Desire to learn about the Commercial Real Estate Industry
• Must be self motivated and pro-active
• A professional and positive attitude
Position Type:
Fall: Part-Time; Approx. 20-25 hours per week (flexible around school schedule)
Compensation: Paid ($10/ hour)
