The ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive industry contacts especially among New York property owners.

• Understanding of and/or expertise in a variety of real estate related disciplines including but not limited to accounting, finance, zoning, leases, contracts, building operations and code compliance.

• Proven negotiating skills

• Facility with investment and valuation concepts and software, including Argus and Excel, and the ability to formulate creative financial structures

• Facility with a wide range of legal documents.

• Extensive New York related experience in various product types

• Strong, interpersonal and organizational skills

Qualifications:

The position requires the ability to perform on a consistently high level in a time sensitive environment.
