Internship Position Available
Innovative real estate investment and development firm based in Brooklyn, New York is seeking creative applicants with an interest in real estate, finance, construction and design for a unique internship opportunity.
Interns will gain exposure to all facets of the real estate business, and have the opportunity to make extensive contacts within the industry. Interns will work directly under the firm's principals, both of whom are young entrepreneurs.

Responsibilities include:
· Market research
· Acquisition research
· Apartment listing and showing
· Commercial space listing and showing
· Managing service provider database
· Financial modeling
· Assistance in managing development projects
· Bank deposits
· Zoning research
· Design research
· Administrative responsibilities, filing, etc
· Marketing
· Financing/lender research
· Special projects
Successful applicants will self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with strong analytical skills and an interest in learning the real estate business from the ground up.
Office is located in the Greenpoint neighborhood of Brooklyn. Use of a car is preferable although not required. Some occasional travel to Providence, RI may be required. Hours are flexible and the work environment is casual. Some work can be done at home or off-site.
Compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Opportunity exists for income via commissions, etc.
