Strategic Capital Solutions - Commercial Real Estate Mortgage Loan Officer/Originator
Strategic Capital Solutions is seeking an experienced commercial real estate mortgage loan officer/originator for its Wall Street area head office. This position requires strong sales skills with a track record of sales success.

In addition to penetrating new accounts, the ideal loan officer will use existing industry relationships to generate revenue. The loan officer will play a significant role in expanding the firm's client-based throughout the United States.
Previous experience originating commercial loans, hard money loans, bridge loans or opportunistic investments necessary.
This position offers a compensation package which includes a salary plus performance based bonuses.
Requirements
The candidate must have 1 to 3 years experience in least one of the following:
• Originating commercial real estate bridge loans
• Originating hard money loans, ideally for hedge funds, private equity firms or hard money lenders
• Have a background as a commercial mortgage broker.
The candidate must have:
• Excellent organization, communication and closing
• Ability to generate referral business
• Superior sales and motivation skills
• Desire to excel and succeed in a growing organization
The candidate should have:
• Knowledge of basic underwriting principals
• Ability to convey salient deal points in order to determine viability of transactions.
• Current relationships with developers, property owners and managers at lending institutions or high-net worth investors
• Spanish speaking is a plus
