Every day our ten-person listing department processes computerized feeds, calls landlords, reviews building websites and reviews faxes and email transmissions to insure that listings are current and comprehensive.  In addition, OLR serves as a REBNY (Real Estate Board of New York) Listings Service provider. We receive and transmit, new and updated listings from the over 8,000 REBNY members each day.</p>

<p>As well as our database listings service, OLR has <u>designed and currently powers over 125 real estate web sites</u> ranging from basic template designs to fully customized sites. OLRdigital as it is called is the Real Estate Media Solution Company which designs and powers these sites.</p>

<p>Because you have met some of our specific criteria we would like for you to meet with our general manager for a formal interview for the position described below.</p>

	Preparation of Website pages and creating maps with the collaboration of the Web design and programming teams.</p>
