<p>This position is designed for rapid development in the Asset Management department. Transaction Officers are immediately given responsibility related to a rapidly expanding real estate portfolio.  The mission of the experienced team of 15 professionals is to create value in a 100 million square foot portfolio consisting of 850 properties, while mitigating risk and enhancing investor returns.   The global portfolio includes industrial, office, manufacturing, retail and hospitality properties in the United States, Europe and Asia.  Primary portfolio management responsibilities include detailed credit analysis, contract negotiation, lease restructuring, property repositioning, asset sales, management non-performing assets, and debt financing.
