What is it?
In this workshop, college students of all majors will get a chance to hear from young professionals in Commercial Real Estate, Private Equity, Banking, and other areas of finance and business!
This will be our 7th workshop for college students! Over 950 college students have attended our previous workshops!
Where will it be held?
The workshop will be Virtual with a couple of live zoom calls and plenty of on-demand videos to watch. In addition, students will get to listen to career advice audio clips from over 60+ business professionals.
The Workshop can easily be done alongside other jobs, travel, classes, etc! We may have a couple of cash flow modeling classes and/or case studies, too!
What can I take away from this?
Members of this workshop will be provided with different resources to learn about careers in commercial real estate or ways to potentially work in the industry.
Some of the many focus points of the workshop will be how to land a solid internship or full-time job--as well as how to expand your network! We will also touch upon cash flow modeling.
The most important aspect of the workshop will be networking! We will also have zoom networking opportunities for the students—as well as a GroupMe and LinkedIn group so that the students can meet each other.
Summer Workshop Curriculum and Requirements
✓ There will be a few live zoom calls. Attendance of the live zoom calls will not be mandatory; however, the students will be expected to watch the recordings.
✓ Students will be able to listen/watch recorded videos from our guest speakers (anytime during the summer!).
✓ There is no charge for the Workshop, but every student will be asked make at least a $20 charitable donation to a charity of his/her choice (details coming soon!)
